By accessing or using https://www.irish-haccp.ie/ and any services, products, or HACCP Training and HACCP Online courses provided by Irish HACCP, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to all learners and organisations using our HACCP Course delivery in Ireland, including Dublin, with options for HACCP Certificate issuance and HACCP Refresher training. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase any courses. Please also review our Cookie and Privacy information.

Our HACCP Course platform delivers accredited certification recognised by employers across Ireland. Whether you need initial HACCP Training or a HACCP Refresher, our team is committed to providing quality online education that meets Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) and HSA guidance and industry standards.

Full payment is required before accessing any HACCP Course material. Transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway; invoices and receipts are issued electronically immediately after purchase. For corporate bookings in Dublin and across Ireland, purchase orders may be accepted subject to prior agreement.

• Currency: Prices for HACCP Training are listed in EUR unless stated otherwise, reflecting our base in Ireland.
• Taxes: VAT and applicable fees are included for Irish and EU customers where required by law.
• Bulk discounts: A 10% discount is applied automatically for 10+ courses, or 20% for 50+ HACCP Course places - ideal for organisations rolling out HACCP Training across teams.
• Vouchers: Discount codes and vouchers must be applied and validated at checkout. Skillnet Ireland funding (where applicable) should be confirmed before purchase.
• Corporate invoicing: Available for organisations in Dublin, Ireland, and internationally requiring formal purchase orders for HACCP Online training.

Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access to your HACCP Training modules. Your HACCP Certificate will be available for download upon successful completion of all assessments.

1. Access to HACCP Online materials is time-bound as stated on each course page and by your subscription type.
2. Unauthorised sharing, copying, recording, or redistribution of materials, videos, or assessments is prohibited.
3. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4. You must be legally entitled to access our website and systems from your jurisdiction.

Our platform is optimised for desktop and mobile, enabling flexible access to HACCP Training across Ireland and Dublin. Availability may vary during maintenance windows.

Creating an account and Sign in with Google: You can create your learner account using your email address and a password, or sign in securely with Sign in with Google. If you choose Google Sign-In, Google shares only your basic profile information with us - your name, email address, and profile picture - and we use it solely to create, secure, and manage your training account. We never see or store your Google password, we do not request access to any other data from your Google Account, and this information is never sold or used for advertising. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

All course content, media, software, copy, graphics, and assessments are the exclusive intellectual property of Irish HACCP. Purchasing a course grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for the named learner; it does not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond the stated licence.

Content includes but is not limited to: HACCP Course (including HACCP Refresher), and related safety modules as made available from time to time.

All trademarks, names, and logos displayed are the property of Irish HACCP or their respective owners. No licence to use any trademark is granted without prior written consent. This includes our course branding for HACCP Training, HACCP Course materials, and all associated HACCP Certificate designs.

Our brand identity represents quality HACCP Online education trusted across Dublin, Ireland, and Europe. Unauthorised use of our trademarks in connection with competing HACCP services or misleading representations is strictly prohibited.

We strive to maintain accurate information and reliable availability for all HACCP Training services. However, our website and courses are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement), to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Irish HACCP is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss, damage, injury, delay, or expense arising from use of, or inability to use, our HACCP Course, HACCP Online platform, or related materials, including technical interruptions or errors. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

While our HACCP Training is designed to meet industry standards and support workplace compliance in Dublin, Ireland, and beyond, employers remain responsible for assessing training suitability for their specific workplace requirements.

We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or terminate accounts that violate these terms. This protects the integrity of our HACCP Training platform and ensures fair access for all learners completing HACCP Course certification.

Account suspension may occur if you:

• Attempt to cheat, manipulate, or circumvent HACCP Training assessments.
• Share login credentials or allow others to access your HACCP Online account.
• Copy, record, or redistribute HACCP Course content without authorisation.
• Act in conflict with our commercial interests, including collaboration with competitors misusing access.
• Engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward staff or other learners.

Suspended accounts are not reinstated and are not eligible for refunds. Any HACCP Certificate issued may be invalidated. Learners in Dublin, Ireland, and internationally are expected to complete HACCP Training honestly and in accordance with these terms.

If any section here conflicts with a course-specific policy or module guidance for HACCP Training, the more specific policy shall take precedence for that course or module. This applies to all HACCP Course variants, including HACCP Online, HACCP Refresher, and any specialised modules.

Specific precedence rules:

• Course-specific access periods override general access terms for HACCP Online training.
• Assessment requirements stated on individual HACCP Course pages take priority.
• Corporate or group agreements for HACCP Training in Dublin and Ireland may include additional terms that supplement these conditions.
• HACCP Refresher renewal requirements may vary based on employer policy and Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) and HSA guidance.

When in doubt, the most recently published policy for your specific HACCP Course applies. Contact our support team for clarification on any terms affecting your HACCP Certificate.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found unenforceable by a court or regulatory authority, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or removed entirely. The remainder of the terms will continue in full force and effect.

This severability clause ensures:

• Your HACCP Training experience remains protected regardless of legal changes in Ireland or elsewhere.
• Your HACCP Certificate validity is unaffected by any term found unenforceable.
• Access to HACCP Online courses continues under the remaining valid provisions.
• Corporate agreements for HACCP Course delivery in Dublin and throughout Ireland remain binding under enforceable terms.

The unenforceability of one provision does not affect the validity of any other provision. Your rights to complete HACCP Training and receive your HACCP Cert are preserved.

We reserve the right to select our customers. Our support (email/phone/live chat) is a complimentary service provided to assist learners completing HACCP Training across Dublin, Ireland, and internationally. We may refuse service where users display rude, offensive, or inappropriate conduct toward staff.

Our support team is here to help you successfully complete your HACCP Course, obtain your HACCP Certificate, and answer questions about HACCP Online delivery. We appreciate respectful communication as we work together toward your certification goals.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Irish law. All disputes relating to HACCP Training, HACCP Course access, or HACCP Certificate issuance are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland. As Irish HACCP is based in Dublin, Irish law applies to all transactions regardless of where learners are located.

• Important - No refunds after start: Once a HACCP Course is purchased and you have started the training (accessed modules, content, or assessments), refunds are not possible. Course access is a digital educational service that cannot be returned or reassigned.
• Completed courses and certificates: Once a course is completed or a HACCP Certificate has been generated, the service has been delivered in full and is never refundable, for any reason. A certificate remains valid only while the payment for it remains settled.
• Employer and team purchases: When a company assigns, sends, or activates a course seat for an employee or named learner, that seat is considered activated and delivered and is no longer refundable - even before the learner opens the course. Assigned seats cannot be swapped to another person.
• Expired access: If a course licence expires unused, or a HACCP Certificate reaches its natural expiry date, no refund or credit is due - the service was available for the entire stated period.
• Before starting a course: If no content has been accessed and no seat has been assigned, you may request a cancellation review within 14 days of purchase. Eligibility is assessed case-by-case and verified against our platform access records.
• After starting a course: Your licence becomes active and uniquely assigned; it cannot be reused, transferred, or reissued to another user.
• Decide carefully: Review the course outline, objectives, and prerequisites before enrolling in HACCP Training.
• Technical issues: We provide troubleshooting and completion support rather than refunds once content has been accessed.

All HACCP Training on this platform is a digital service delivered online. Your HACCP Course is made available inside your account immediately after payment, and the service is considered delivered in full at the moment you first open the course content. Because of this immediate digital delivery, and in line with Section 13 above, you expressly acknowledge that once you access the training content, your statutory 14-day cooling-off right (where applicable to consumers) is waived for that course, as permitted for digital content supplied with the consumer's prior express consent.

Proof of delivery and access records

To protect both you and us, and as proof that the service was delivered, our platform automatically records key account and training activity, including:

• The date, time and IP address when you create your account and accept these Terms & Conditions;
• The date, time and IP address when you confirm the start of a course and accept the course start agreement;
• Sign-ins to your account, orders and payments (including the network and device used);
• Course access, module completions, exam or assessment attempts and their results;
• Certificate generation and certificate downloads.

These records are kept securely, are processed under our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and proving service delivery, and are retained in accordance with our data retention policy (detailed activity logs are automatically deleted after a limited period; consent records are retained as legal evidence). By using the platform you acknowledge and consent to this recording.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

• Talk to us first: if you have any concern about a payment, contact [email protected] before contacting your bank. Almost every issue can be resolved quickly and fairly by our support team.
• Evidence will be provided: if a chargeback or payment dispute is raised for a course that our records show was accessed, progressed, completed, or for which a certificate was issued, we will contest the dispute and submit our full access records (timestamps, IP addresses, consents, course activity, exam results and certificate history) to the payment provider and the card issuer as proof of delivery.
• Unfounded chargebacks: raising a chargeback while keeping the benefit of the training (including any certificate obtained) constitutes a breach of these terms. In such cases we reserve the right to invalidate and revoke the related certificate(s), suspend or terminate the associated account, and recover the disputed amount together with any dispute fees imposed on us.
• Certificates remain our property until paid for: a certificate is only valid while the payment for the underlying course remains settled. If payment is reversed, the certificate is automatically void and employers or authorities verifying it will be informed it is no longer valid.
